One Las Vegas is an existing high rise condo facility that was in need of a face lift. Our design along the 900' main entry drive, pool and surrounding common areas added a statement of class to the property. Tall palm trees lead to the two redesigned roundabouts along the entry drive which consist of curvilinear and sloping decorative walls with embedded polished black stone. Pots were used around the pool area and the common area landscape was augmented to give a lush look and screen the surrounding undeveloped land. This augmentation was accomplished through the use of plant material that was chosen to compliment the existing foliage and create a cohesive look while creating statements at critical areas such as the vehicular and pedestrian entries and site amenities.

The One Las Vegas Resort has received the 2011 NVASLA Merit Award.
